REFUND POLICY
At ZOVIX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@zovix.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@zovix.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time to officially post. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@zovix.com.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
