PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive it.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ZOVIX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ZOVIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at support@zovix.com — we'll do our best to help.
